1994 – Establishment of United FDC; importing food products from different countries of the world, among which was Unilever’s Lipton; 1995 – Becoming an Exclusive Distributor of Unilever’s food products in Ukraine; United FDC achievement is development of Lipton and Rama brands in Ukraine; 1998 - Unilever enters the Ukrainian market independently; United FDC becomes an exclusive distributor in the central region (more than 35% of Unilever’s foods turnover in Ukraine); During the years of being an exclusive distributor of big and small manufactures we had gained a valuable experience and knowledge of working in the Ukrainian food market, which became a basis for the new stage of the company’s development. Our potential – is our staff. We transfer all our experience to our people and this helps us to be the best in the Ukrainian market. 2005 – Changing of the company’s strategy, terminating the contact with Unilever and building-up a premium products portfolio; 2005 – present time – completing the current brand portfolio. 2010 - The company changes its name to United Foods. United Foods is a registered brand name and is fully protecded by intellectual property law in Ukraine. |
